Cooling Tower Strainers

Cooling tower strainers are used to increase the efficiency of the system by keeping debris out of vital components. They may be located in the cooling tower itself and also in the cold water outlet and hot water input. Strainers need to be regularly cleaned and inspected, and a good design allows external access so maintenance can get to them without turning the unit off.
