As a result of your extraordinary effort, the pilot assembly was delivered yesterday evening. I have just finished my first ever replacement of this device, and to my complete surprise…. IT WORKS!!! San Diego is in the middle of what we call a “winter storm” so a little heat is the house is better than Santa Claus dropping a brand new Lear Jet down the chimney.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your help with ordering the correct part and working very hard to get it delivered. An experience with HVAC Brian form the Great White North- Canada eh

Firstly, when dealing with internet companies, good pricing is a given.

HVAC Brian certainly met my expectations with good pricing. The replacement part I required for my Geo-thermal unit was about $2,600.00 back home in Canada and when taking into account for currency exchange, duty and taxes, I purchased the replacement part for $870.00. HVAC BRAIN IS MUCH, MUCH, MUCH MORE THAN JUST GOOD PRICING!!!!  HVAC Brian is also:

QUALITY:   the Geo-thermal loop heat extractor replacement part we required was a factory (Carrier) direct shipped part (no aftermarket look alike form China). Yes the real thing made in the USA direct from the manufacture.

SERVICE:  my representative at HVAC Brian was Matthew Block (Matt). Matt was knowledgeable and courteous when answering my questions/concerns, both through email and over the telephone. Most of all I appreciated Matt’s reliability, when Matt said he would do something or get back to me  -  HE DID!

INTEGRITY:  we all have experiences with needing help after the sales - you know, they have your money and something goes wrong - I believe this is the test that separates the pack and find those truly outstanding companies.

My experience with HVAC Brian and Matt started with wanting to order a part online, but was unable to inter-phase with HVAC Brian’s check out due to having a Canadian charge card. After a quick call (first time dealing with Matt) Matt was able to find a solution - I could use my PayPal account, great. My next call to Matt was to see if we could expedite the shipment. Matt told me that things shipped in 2 to 5 days when being dropped shipped from the factory, but Matt made the call to the factory and was able to get the part shipped out before the weekend, fantastic. We received the part in good standing, but my repair technician gave us the wrong part number. With one phone call to Matt, I received a RA # and return shipping documents. Matt processed the new invoices subtracting the refund amount and trusted me to return the part. Now, HVAC Brian does not know me from a hole in the ground, I have the correct part on the way, I have my refund and I have the first part. HVAC Brian and Matt TRUSTED ME to return the part – wow, very unusual these days when dealing long distance with an internet company. Of course, this story has a happy ending, we received the correct part in good standing and my Geo-thermal unit is repaired and up and running. In my option, HVAC BRAIN IS TRULLY OUTSTANDING COMPANY!
