You can’t return anything that costs less than $200.00.
8.2 Customer Error – Merchandise shipped by Marley, which was ordered incorrectly by the
customer, can be authorized for return, but only under the following conditions.
8.2.1 Merchandise is currently offered and normally stocked by MEP.
(Does not include made-to-order, obsolete, discontinued, or special order
merchandise.)
8.2.2 Marley is notified within 30 days following shipment
8.2.3 Merchandise has a minimum net value of $200.
8.2.4 Merchandise must be returned in unopened factory cartons.
8.2.5 A restocking charge of 25% is applied to returns due to customer error provided
goods are found to be in re-sellable conditions.
8.2.6 Customer order cancellations
Stock Items - A restocking fee of 25% is applied to orders canceled after
reaching shipping status.
Made to Order Items – Cancellations are not allowed.
