We usually ship your products with UPS Ground. Some products may be directly shipped from manufactures to you. Should you have special requirements in shipping and receiving, please contact us.
Return Policy
Returns
HVAC BRAIN strives to provide the best products on our website. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will make your return as painless as possible.
Qmark parts are non refundable.
Please contact our customer support team and have your order number ready. Items cannot be returned without first obtaining a return authorization from HVAC BRAIN. Please notify us within seven days after receiving your order. There are no returns for custom orders. You have 30 days to make a return from time of delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds
There is a 25-50% restocking fee from the manufacturer upon returning unwanted items.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. IF you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
